About our terms of use
Eosi is a live streaming service that offers a daily schedule of audio content from the silver screen, which is only available through subscription.

Please be informed that the Eosi Terms are subject to change at times. Unless stated otherwise, the updated terms shall be practical immediately for all new listeners or subscribers from the date of publication on the Eosi Website.

Occasionally, we may update the Eosi Terms to make corrections, fix broken links or references, improve clarity, provide additional information about the Eosi Service or your subscription, and introduce new features or functionality. We may also modify the Eosi Terms to comply with legal or regulatory requirements and address security or privacy concerns. These changes will be effective immediately for all listeners and subscribers.

We will provide fair notice of at least 30 days before implementing any changes to the Eosi Terms that we reasonably believe may significantly affect your legal rights or obligations. The notice will include a summary of the changes. The new terms will bind you if you do not cancel your subscription or inform us of your refusal to accept the updated Eosi Terms before the changes.

1. Creating Accounts

Account information
You can edit your Eosi Service subscription details, including payment method, by accessing your Eosi Account.

Age Limitations
To sign up for Eosi, you must be 18 or over. If you are under 18 or the age of majority in your location, you may use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian, and you must use their Eosi Account. Please be aware that you may encounter content you find objectionable while using Eosi, so it’s your responsibility to decide if the content of an Eosi Stream is appropriate for you. Some content may not be suitable for children or people under 18. Eosi will provide a rating at the beginning of each feature before broadcast; this can be viewed on the schedule on this website.

Using this service
At Eosi, we are committed to providing all our users professional and respectful service. We want to remind you that the Sweet Plan content is intended for your personal use or to be shared with your customers in a commercial shop or with your employees in your company office. As an Eosi member, you have a limited, non-transferable right to access our service and content monthly. However, we respectfully ask that you refrain from using our service for a live public performance. Our terms of service are in place to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all our users, and we appreciate your cooperation in adhering to these guidelines. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

How to stream
To listen to Eosi, you must subscribe monthly to stream the digital content on the Eosi website. You will also need an internet-connected device like a smartphone or tablet. You can also listen to Eosi on your computer using an internet browser.

Quality of streaming
The quality of the Digital Content you stream on Eosi may vary depending on your device. Various factors, such as location and internet connection speed, can also affect this variation. Some live content may experience brief delays, edits, or pauses. The time it takes to begin listening to content will depend on your location, available bandwidth, and device configuration. We endeavour to provide you with a great listening experience, but we do not guarantee the quality of the Digital Content you receive.

Eosi uses audio files from historical recordings that were not initially recorded in high definition. As a result, these audio files may be difficult to hear. But we take pride in remastering the audio to the best possible quality while staying true to the original recording.

Geographic variability
The Eosi Service is restricted to specific locations due to content provider regulations and technical limitations. We will verify your location using technology; you cannot hide or alter it.

What currency does Eosi use?
Eosi
is a UK-based company, and we charge for our services in UK Sterling, regardless of where you access our site, whether it’s Europe, the US, or Canada. Please note that we cannot update these rate changes daily as they are determined by our payment processor, Stripe.

Our Payment Processor
We employ third-party payment processors, “Payment Processors,” to facilitate billing through a payment account linked to your Account. Payment processing will be subject to the Payment Processor’s terms, conditions, and privacy policies in addition to this Agreement. Our designated payment processor is Stripe, and they handle your payments according to their terms of service and privacy policy. By utilising the Payment Processor, you agree to settle all charges at the prevailing prices for any purchases in line with the applicable payment terms. Your commitment to making payments using the payment method associated with your Account is appreciated. We retain the right to rectify errors or mistakes promptly or to direct our Payment Processor to do so, even if payment has already been requested or received.

Subscribing to Eosi
When you sign up for the Eosi Sweet Plan and add your payment method, you are permitting us to charge your payment method for either a one-off weekly fee of £1.50 or the monthly subscription fee of £3.00. This includes any taxes or transaction fees that may apply to using the Eosi Service. Your payment method will be charged automatically at the start of your subscription. Your Eosi monthly subscription will renew automatically after one month. However, you can cancel it anytime by signing into your Eosi Account. It will be renewed the day immediately after the end of each monthly billing period unless you choose to cancel your subscription. The amount charged to your payment method will be either £1.50 or £3.00 sterling or the equivalent sum in your local currency. Please note that the equivalent of £1.50 or £3.00 in your local currency may vary each month due to fluctuations in exchange rates.

We may change the subscription fee for the Eosi Sweet Plan at any time. If we decide to make any changes, we will notify you at least thirty (30) days before the change takes effect. The notification will be sent to the email address associated with your account. If you do not wish to accept the new subscription fee, you may cancel your subscription before your current monthly subscription period ends.

Cancelling your subscription
To cancel your Eosi subscription, sign in and click “cancel subscription” in your account settings. If you cancel, the cancellation will go into effect at the end of your current subscription period. You will continue accessing Eosi for the remainder of your paid subscription, but no refunds will be issued. To avoid paying for the next subscription period, cancel before it renews. Cancellation is your only recourse for any issues or concerns related to Eosi.

No refunds
Subject to applicable law and the terms outlined in this agreement, all monthly fees paid for the Eosi Subscription Service are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription before the end of the current subscription period, you will not receive a refund for any remaining portion. This is by the cancellation policy stated above.

Your right to cancel
If you wish to cancel your Eosi subscription for the current month, you can do so. We will stop taking future payments, but we do not issue refunds for the current month due to the low cost of our service.

Unpaid amounts
If we cannot process your payment for the current subscription period due to a declined payment method, your subscription may be suspended or terminated. Changing your payment information could affect the renewal date of your subscription.

Maximum streams
If you enjoy Eosi, please limit streaming to one person. This will help us keep our fees low and ensure the longevity of our service.

Usage and Restrictions
Please be aware that these Eosi Terms only apply to listeners in the United Kingdom, the European Union, the US, and Canada. We will use your billing information to determine your country of origin and your IP address or other device-based technologies to confirm that you are in an area where we can access Eosi. Please note that Eosi may not be available in every country. By agreeing to these terms, you understand that if we cannot determine your location, we may not be able to provide you with access to certain features or content within Eosi. We will not be responsible for any blackouts, location-based limitations, device-based limitations, or other restrictions or limitations in connection with Eosi.

Using this service
At Eosi, we are committed to providing all our users professional and respectful service. We want to remind you that the Sweet Plan content is intended for your personal use; however, if you own a shop, we allow Eosi to be shared with your customers, or if you own a business with a company office, you may share Eosi with your employees, to boost morale! As an Eosi member, you have a limited, non-transferable right to access our service and content monthly. However, we respectfully ask that you refrain from using our service for a live public performance. Our terms of service are in place to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all our users, and we appreciate your cooperation in adhering to these guidelines. Staying safe
Please protect your accounts and prevent unauthorised access to them or their respective passwords and authentication credentials (collectively, “passwords”). It is your sole responsibility to oversee account activity and uphold the confidentiality and security of your passwords. We cannot be held liable for any actions or oversights attributed to you or any other party concerning your accounts.

Explicit Content
Eosi does not take responsibility for any offensive or objectionable content you may encounter while using the service. You agree to use the service at your own risk and understand that content types and descriptions are provided for convenience only and may not be accurate.

Updates and changes to Eosi
Eosi reserves the right to test and implement updates and changes to the Eosi Service, including new features, plans, promotions, and pricing. These updates and modifications may be available to some or all of our users anytime. If any updates or changes include additional terms or conditions, they will be provided to you before they are made available, and you must accept them to continue using the Eosi Service with the new updates or changes.

Transfer of rights
As per the applicable laws, you are not authorised to transfer this Agreement or your rights and obligations to any third party without Eosi's written consent. However, at its sole discretion, Eosi has the right to transfer this Agreement, including all rights and obligations, to a third party without your consent.

Termination of service
We may terminate or restrict your use of our service if you violate our Terms of Use or are engaged in illegal or fraudulent use.

2. Retail

Ordering from the Eosi Shop
If you have a problem or question about your order, please email us at hello@eosi.live. Please note that order support emails are answered Monday through Friday during business hours GMT. Please include your name and contact details.

If you are contacting us about a specific transaction, please include as much information as possible, such as the order number and date, the items in the order, and the total amount paid.

Can my order be shipped outside the United Kingdom?
Yes, we can ship items outside the United Kingdom, but we can only offer free postage within the United Kingdom. All other shipping costs outside the United Kingdom will be calculated during payment.

How do I know if my order has shipped?
When you order online with us, you will receive an email from hello@eosi.live confirming your order. You will also receive another email when your order has been posted. Please expect postage to take 3-4 days for delivery.

What if I want to cancel an order?
If the status on your order page reads “Being Shipped,” we cannot change your order. We try to ship every order as soon as possible, so we cannot cancel orders once the payment transaction has been received.

Using the Royal Mail
We use Royal Mail for our deliveries. Please be advised that if you live in the UK and are not available to receive the goods when they are delivered by Royal Mail, they may be returned to the local Royal Mail sorting office or left with a neighbour unless you have chosen to opt out of the Royal Mail’s Delivery to Neighbour scheme.

What if there is a problem with a purchase?

  • Your Postal Address: After you have placed an order, if the Post Office considers your address insufficient, the shipment will be returned to our facility. We will reconfirm your address, but you will be liable for reshipment costs.

  • Lost Goods: If a package is lost in the post, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We can then refund the money for your order. We may ask for your help before doing that and ask you to confirm that your shipping address is correct. Please remember that if tracking information states an order was delivered, but you did not receive it, we will not be responsible for re-shipping it. In that case, any replacements would have to be at your expense.

  • Royal Mail Missing Goods: Where the goods have not been received at the nominated delivery address following fourteen (14) days since we and your account have sent the ‘order dispatch’ email on the Website shows that the goods have been dispatched, you must contact Royal Mail to ensure that the goods are not waiting at a sorting office for collection. Suppose Royal Mail cannot locate the goods. In that case, you must promptly contact us to advise us of non-delivery and in any event, you must contact us no later than sixty (60) days from the date your dispatch email was sent and your account was updated to show that the goods had been dispatched. We shall not be obliged to investigate any claims or process any refunds for the non-delivery of goods reported to us after this timeframe.

  • Damage to Goods: If something arrives damaged or is defective, please send a photo of the damaged goods to hello@eosi.live. If your claim is submitted within 30 days of receiving the product, we will gladly refund you at no cost.

Condition of returning goods
If you are returning an order, please get in touch with us at hello@eosi.live and note your order number. We will give you instructions on mailing items back to us if necessary. However, we ask that you take reasonable care of the goods in your possession. The goods must be unused, returned in the original packaging and shrink wrapping, and in the same condition as when received. Any security seals must be unbroken, and any activation codes with the goods must be intact and unused.

Once the goods are returned to us, we shall refund you, by the method you used to pay for the original transaction, the amount of the goods to which the cancellation rights apply within fourteen (14) days from the date we receive the goods at our warehouse. If you choose to return all the items in your order, this includes refunding the delivery cost if you have paid any money for our least expensive standard delivery only. We should not refund these costs if you paid delivery charges outside our least expensive standard delivery method. If you are not returning all the items in your order, the initial delivery cost will not be returned to you. We may make a deduction from the refund for loss in value of any goods returned if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.

Governing Law
The contract between us shall be governed by and interpreted by English law, and the English courts shall have jurisdiction over any dispute. By accessing this website, you agree to submit to English law. All contracts and correspondence shall be concluded in English.

Entire Agreement
These Website Terms set out the entire agreement between you and us and supersede any prior terms, conditions, warranties and representations to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You confirm that, in agreeing to accept the Website Terms, you have not relied on any representation save insofar as the same has expressly been made a term of these Website Terms, and you agree that you have no remedy in respect of any representation.

These Website Terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer within the United Kingdom.

Updates to our Website
Eosi reserves the right to change the Website Terms at any time. Any such change shall take effect when posted on the website. You are responsible for reading the Website Terms on each occasion you use the website. Your continued use by accessing, browsing, registering with, or placing an order on the website signifies your acceptance of being bound by the then-current Website Terms. If you do not agree to the Website Terms, you should not use the Website.
